TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Managing Agents of this property are Holiday Mooloolaba.

BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
To secure your booking a deposit must be paid within seven days after the booking is taken. Holiday Mooloolaba will advise you as to the deposit amount. The outstanding balance must be paid no later than the day of arrival prior to occupancy. Holiday Mooloolaba is not responsible for circumstances outside there control such as change of ownership. Should this occur Holiday Mooloolaba will refund any deposit paid or transfer your booking to another suitable unit. 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES
Check in time is 2pm. On arrival a registration form will need to be completed and payment of balance owing is to be paid before collection of keys, we also require a credit card imprint to be attached to your registration form. The premises must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Late departures may be charged an extra day's tariff. Please check in at our reception during office hours. 

LATE CHECK IN
For late collection of keys, the keys will be left at the Shell Service Station on Brisbane road, (full payment must be made prior to collection of keys) PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS FOR THIS TO BE ARRANGED. 
OFFICE HOURS
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Saturday 8.30am - 3pm, Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm.  

PAYMENT
Deposits may be secured by cheque, EFTPOS or Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, or Bankcard only). We regret that we only accept cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card if payment is to be made within seven days of occupancy. Cheques can be accepted by prior arrangement only. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. 

REFUNDS
Bookings cancelled 14 days or over prior to occupancy will attract a 12 % booking and administration fee. For bookings that are cancelled less than 14 days prior to occupancy or if the booking is for peak period, and where the apartment cannot be let for the same period there will be no refund. 

CLEANING & LINEN
Our units are cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Linen is supplied. For an additional fee Holiday Mooloolaba can arrange more frequent cleaning or linen change. Please note that beach towels are not included. 

PETS
To abide by local government health regulations and body corporate rules we are unable to allow pets.
